Company Formation

Set up your company with confidence and compliance.

A company registered in Australia is a separate legal entity governed by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Companies provide limited liability for shareholders, a formal management structure through directors, and the ability to raise capital or conduct business under a recognised legal framework. Upon registration, each company is issued an Australian Company Number (ACN), which must be displayed on all official and trading documents.

While we can assist you in establishing your company, it is essential that you understand how a company operates and whether this structure is appropriate for your circumstances before proceeding. If you have not already done so, please consult your adviser for further guidance.
