Consultant
Angela is a consultant with over 35 years of experience. She specialises in corporate compliance, technical issues around the often changing ASIC landscape and drafting of amending deeds and company documents. She has co-led Nassaris Rossi Business Services Pty Ltd with Mathew Nassaris as Director for more than a decade.
